AMD Phenom CPUs will be retiring end all 6-year Core

After the end of some model names that made Intel, AMD also parties to appear to do the same. The reason is that states blowing new AMD Phenom withdrew six of its base II of the opportunity to chip architecture of the FX series Bulldozer future based on high performance and the most recent.

The first processors that will retire the Phenom II X6 1045T, 1055T and 1065T. And availability of models are identified only up to the third quarter of this year alone. It also would be followed by a wide range of Phenom processors II X6, which includes no less than five chips, which are only available until the end of this year.

Orders ship until all processors in the first quarter of 2012 ended. All these processors are based on AMD architecture Thuban which began in April 2010, then, and K10 has six processing cores. Processor is coupled with a 512KB L2 cache per core, 6MB of L3 cache, integrated memory controller that supports DDR3-1333 DIMMs and their operating frequency ranges from 2.6 to 3.3 GHz

Thuban was the first architecture that supports Turbo AMD Core technology, which automatically adjusts the speed of the cores as the load placed, and capable of speeds up to 3.6 GHz mode.

Phenom Chip II X6 is replaced with the FX-series processor based on Bulldozer architecture will start in August and September 2011 as well.

Unlike previous models for the design of AMD, Bulldozer architecture will use a new methodology based on a modular architecture.

And according to the publication of Donanim Haber, along with other components Each module contains two processing cores and can be combined to form the CPU with up to eight cores.
